Says free automatic invoices. But then asks you to pay for it. Super shady advertising. ill steer clear of this shady company
Hey there! I understand why this came across the way it did, and I’m sorry for the confusion here. We’ve since simplified pricing and made things much clearer so there’s no ambiguity around what’s free and what’s paid. All features are included in all plans and you only pay a subscription fee if you want unlimited invoices. We’re also the original creators of the app and have taken it back since then. The product has been rebuilt with a much stronger focus on transparency, reliability, and support. If you’re open to taking another look, I’d really appreciate the chance to show how it works today. - Sandesh / CEO

Great app, We use it for 3 Shopify stores. Helpdesk is very friendly and quick with reply. Definitely would recommend.

Love this app. So easy to send invoices before or after orders. Invoices are automatically generated and sent at a click of a button. The support team are amazing too.

A lot of helpful features, although of course the most important ones are included in the paid version. Very nice app overall

I selected one customer to send an invoice to them and it sent invoices to every customer I've ever had even though the UI showed one customer selected. I am in the process of dealing with over a hundred customers that think I am charging them for orders they didn't make.
Hey there! What you’re describing should never happen, and I'm sorry that it did. We’ve since rebuilt the app with a much more reliable system for sending invoices, along with stronger safeguards to prevent issues like this. The version you used was from before we took over from the previous owners and it wasn’t being properly maintained at the time. We now have a dedicated engineering team and much tighter controls in place. If you’re open to it, I’d really like the chance to help directly and make sure everything works safely and as expected. — Sandesh / CEO

App did not work well at all, after contacting customer support over the last 2 days with no response, I had to delete it and find something a little more suitable.
Hey there! I’m sorry you didn’t get a response back then, that’s on us and I understand why you moved on. We’ve since rebuilt the app and significantly improved support response times. Today, we’re much more hands-on and focused on helping merchants quickly when something isn’t working. We’re also the original creators and have taken the app back, and a lot has changed since that period. perfect app for B2B orders, it's easy to personalized & automation is very nice for B2B clients. Major +, you can creat invoice in it that are not linked to a shopify order

Utilizamos esta aplicación desde el primer día y nos funciona perfectamente. Además, cuando tenemos alguna duda o algún problema el servicio técnico nos soluciona el problema muy rápido la recomiendo.

Ich nutze die App für die Erstellung von Rechnungen. Der Support ist schnell, die Funktionen finde ich allerdings etwas unübersichtlich angelegt und nicht ganz selbsterklärend. Die Übersetzung auf Deutsch finde ich manchmal auch etwas unglücklich.
Danke für dein Feedback, das hilft uns wirklich weiter. Seitdem haben wir die App deutlich überarbeitet. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist klarer geworden, viele Abläufe wurden vereinfacht, und auch die Übersetzungen wurden verbessert. Die Version, die du genutzt hast, war noch aus einer Phase, in der die App nicht aktiv weiterentwickelt wurde. Inzwischen haben wir sie zurück übernommen und mit einem stärkeren Team neu aufgebaut. Wenn du möchtest, probier die aktuelle Version gerne noch einmal aus oder melde dich direkt bei uns. - Sandesh / CEO

Saves a lot of time for me having the ability to just link a tax invoice into our order confirmation and those customers who need one can download via the link. Lovely easy app to install and use, affordable, low maintenance and just gets on with the job.

The good thing is you can edit everything before printing in pdf. That's what I needed. Really Great customer team.

We use this app for all of our invoicing. It takes a lot of the guess work out of creating an invoice and makes it really clean for ourselves and the customer. There are a few things that need tweaking but Invoice Falcon's support staff has been very open to my suggestions and has taken action when I ask. Five stars for incredible support staff!

Great app and truly excellent service from the Invoice Falcon team. I even suggested adding a new function to be able to sort and search invoices by customer etc., including those prepared offline. It took a couple of months, but they have now added this function and it works beautifully, making this a great tool to manage orders and invoices both on and off Shopify.

I use this app to create all of our invoices and packing slips. This is very easy to use/edit invoices and I would recommend it to any business. Their help team is also very fast to reply
