kein support errechbar seit tagen. aber ja bekommt was man bezahlt, realtiv nichts
Danke für dein Feedback, und es tut mir wirklich leid, dass du diese Erfahrung gemacht hast. Seitdem haben wir eine komplett neue Version der App veröffentlicht, mit deutlich besserer Performance, höherer Zuverlässigkeit und viel schnellerem Support. Die Version, die du genutzt hast, war noch vor unserer Übernahme. Leider wurde die App von den vorherigen Besitzern nicht gut gepflegt, weder in Bezug auf Updates noch auf Support. Heute haben wir ein starkes Engineering- und Support-Team aufgebaut und verbessern das Produkt kontinuierlich. Wenn du offen dafür bist, würde ich mich freuen, wenn du die neue Version ausprobierst oder uns direkt kontaktierst, damit wir dir helfen können. - Sandesh / CEO
The support team was incredibly responsive and proactive in guiding us through the solution. Communication was smooth and easy, with the team explaining each step clearly and ensuring we were comfortable with the process.
Very easy to use and fully customizable. Only once in years I had an issue and they responded to my e-mail and solved it. So also customer support is fine - something which you do not know in advance. Thumbs up!
I had such a great experience with customer service through Invoice Falcon and that is HUGE for me. I feel very taken care of and that if any problem comes up, that they will not hesitate to speak with me instead of chat that can get confusing. LOVE IT!
Super recommended application for generating invoices and invoices! super agile in solving problems
Great app and has great support.
Very easy set up and a great invoice template, very easy to design a new one that looks great and has all the essentials. Took me 5 mins to set up. I had an issues with my prices because I wasn't sure which box to check for taxes and the team were really quick to sort it out and fix the issue.
Has made out life super easy. with just a few click invoice and quotes are ready
Really helpful - use it regularly
Shithouse app never does what is advertised, I have waited for a native model and this is only about pricing for them. I'm sick of waiting for them to make a solution that actually works.
Hey there! I’m sorry you had this experience. We’ve since rebuilt the app into a completely new version that is far more reliable and actually delivers on what merchants expect. This includes faster document generation, much deeper customization using HTML or our visual editor, and a significantly improved core system. The version you were using was from before we acquired the app. It had unfortunately not been maintained properly, which led to many of the issues and delays you experienced. We now have a dedicated engineering team and much faster, hands-on support. If you’re open to it, I’d really appreciate the chance to make this right and show you how the new version performs. :) - Sandesh / CEO

I had an issue with implementing the download link for the free invoice service into my shop. The team helped out very quickly and were able to get it done for me. All is working as it should, and the invoice looks great.

***** Fantastic app - super easy to install, customise and navigate. A customer required an invoice (not a common request with my store), I installed the app and fired off the invoice within minutes. Perfect!
Absolutely the best app for creating invoices. I have been using it for three years and if I have any problem, the developers immediately respond and solve the problem. This app fulfills everything I need for my business. Really the best of all! THANK YOU
