Fantastic App for invoicing clients for payment. We have been using this APP for 4 years and it has been faultless.
The app does what it should. It's easy to use. Invoices are generated automatically, you can also customise them individually. The customer support is very nice and helpful.
We have been using the app for our business and it has been the perfect find. The settings are easy to understand and the invoices look perfect. It is very easy to download the invoice of the orders integrated with shopify. You don't need to enter any detail of the order. The support team is also very helpful. As we have just started out, we can't afford to pay every app, this is the best free invoice app providing 50 free invoices. As the business grows, we won't mind paying for this one!

super bien, estaría bien que se pudiera unir a las ventas de shopify y que cuando emites una proforma y la conviertas en factura se reste del stock pero es un detalle la recomiendo 100%

Invoice Falcon is user-friendly and has time-saving features. It is secure and really efficient. It is reliable, fast, and responsive. It functions smoothly, without crashing or freezing, and responds quickly to user inputs.
We like the design and functionality! We have large orders so items can take a while to load. Support is working on a solution for our large orders. EDIT: we cannot even produce an invoice at this point. Complained and no solutions have been offered!! Very frustrating since we only need a PDF invoice from time to time and we can't even get that.
Hey there! I’m sorry you had to deal with this. We’ve since rebuilt the app to handle large orders much more reliably, including faster document generation and better performance overall. The version you were using was from before we acquired the app. It unfortunately wasn’t being properly maintained, which is why issues like this went unresolved for too long. Great App and even great customer support! Highly recommended! Priyanka was very prompt to respond to our emails and went above and beyond to resolve our issue.
The app does everything you will need and more. The basic features get your invoicing up and running quickly , with VAT details etc which is need in the UK. Beyond that there are loads of other features for people with high volume orders and invoicing needs. Support is excellent and responsive Same day :) Will be using on my other new shopify sites coming soon
App arbeitet gut und zuverlässig. Einrichtung geht sehr einfach. Bei meinen Fragen war der Support zeitnah sehr hilfreich.
Still having some glitches such sas discount will not updated with shopify and invoice dollar amount won't match with the shopify order which causing lots of problems for payments
Hey there! Thanks for sharing this, and I’m sorry about the issues with discounts and totals not matching. We’ve made major improvements since then, especially around accuracy between Shopify orders and invoices, along with overall stability. The version you used was from before we took over, and it wasn’t being actively maintained at the time. That led to problems like the ones you described. We’ve since rebuilt key parts of the system and now have a much stronger engineering and support team in place. Happy to help if you’d like to give it another try. :) - Sandesh / CEO

Love the Falcon Invoice app, and the team is very helpful and nice. We had a technical glitch with invoices not coming through our mailbox, and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. Would recommend it to everyone!
J'ai utilisé l'application durant très longtemps... malheureusement leur système bugge, génère des factures avec un mauvais montant de TVA, un mauvais montant global après remboursement, les exports sont complètements erronés. Je l'ai signalé pendant trois mois, on m'a tenu le bec dans l'eau. Au final je n'ai jamais eu d'assistance réelle... aucune aide, aucune correction, et des dizaines de factures non conformes ont été envoyées au client. Cette application ne devrait même plus être proposée tellement sa fiabilité est faible.
Merci d’avoir partagé votre expérience, et je suis vraiment désolé pour tout ce que vous avez rencontré. Depuis, nous avons entièrement retravaillé l’application avec une nouvelle version beaucoup plus fiable, notamment sur les montants de TVA, les totaux et la génération des factures. La version que vous utilisiez datait d’avant notre reprise de l’application. Malheureusement, elle n’était plus correctement maintenue, ni côté produit ni côté support, ce qui explique l’absence de résolution à l’époque. Aujourd’hui, nous avons une nouvelle équipe technique et un support beaucoup plus réactif, et nous améliorons le produit en continu. Super helpful for us that receive deposit payments on Shopify. This app allows us to track who has not paid and who has paid, along with creating invoices for products that have split payments.
We've had this app for about 2 years, on a paid plan. It's a strong thumbs down: while it appears to be a fine companion to Shopify's systems, we found it to be woefully short on basic functionality: 1. Additional discounts added as line items while creating the actual shopify invoices will not show in Invoice Falcon: the totals will not be matching Shopify's data. We didn't catch on to this right away and it took some tail-chasing to figure out where the issue was as the customers were paying what the pdf invoices were showing. We wrote tech support but it's comically delayed, and still not fixed to this day. 2. If one edits prices in Shopify after the pdf invoice is generated, they will not be retroactively updated in Invoice Falcon. Couldn't find a way to work around this except to start a new order. Frustrating and time wasting. 3. Small glitches in formatting: the shipping cost fields text sizes are huge and looking unprofessional and stitched together. Will uninstall.

We’ve since rebuilt large parts of how invoices are generated so totals match Shopify much more reliably, including handling of discounts and line items. The version you were using was from before we acquired the app, and it unfortunately wasn’t being maintained properly, which led to gaps like this. Since then, we’ve put in a dedicated engineering team, improved accuracy, and significantly upgraded support responsiveness. If you’re open to revisiting it, I’d genuinely like the chance to make this right. :) - Sandesh / CEO
