We are using this app for months. We have sent thousands of invoices through e-mail to our clients. Support is great and they will help you if there are issues. Also, they are improving their software. So features will come by time.

Nice tool, nice customer service and permanent improvements when you have proposals. Only thing to improve is integrations with other accountability and invoicing tools.

Great app, especially for me who is trying to start something, I had trouble in other invoicing apps to find some fields necessary for me and it was very easy to manage and create invoice template, together with great responsive support up to max 5 min and its done.

Does what it says it does... never had an issue with this and enabled us to add local taxes (GST) and generate invoices when needed.

Very sorry to be updating my previous review. I decided to uninstall the app as the customer support was not existent for days. I guess these things happen especially if you run a small team. Generally the app is useful and there are many things you can customize (of course there is always room for improvement, I would like to see some extra features becoming available). Recently my invoices would stop displaying as I wanted them to look, font settings no longer worked and I required quick support which came way too late (and still, the issue is not resolved to this day). So I decided to go ahead with a different invoice app.

Cons you into a payment plan. If you select the free plan expect to start automatically paying as soon as they've automatically issued over 50 invoices in a 30 day period. Disgusting monetisation model.

The Invoice App fails to work as needed about once a month. Overlapping characters and text are a recurring problem that I have to call them to fix. Most recently, the App had difficulty loading and it took a minute for me to print an Invoice, instead of 10 seconds. It took 10 days for them to resolve the issue and that's just too long. I am now looking to see if I can find something more reliable.

Great app and easy to edit/design your invoices - gave us exactly what we required. Only point I would make is its not that quick to be able to print off just a picking list - you have to open the app to do it as far as I could see! If you could do it from the order page in shopify it would save lots of time. Otherwise it's great!
