The team at Invoice Falcon offers great customer service, quickly assessing and resolving any issues that may arise. Apart from that, the app offers all features necessary to run an online store successfully. I am glad to have found them, as similar services in the past did not run as smoothly as Invoice Falcon does.
Had an issue with the app. Contacted customer service by email and they got back to me in less then 20 minutes with a solution to my problem. I was already looking at other software, but will be staying with Invoice Falcon for now on.
A great app and excellent customer service. I had a few questions, went on live chat and they offered to connect via Google Meet to run a demo. All the best team.
Does not work with I pad on shopify point of sale. Don't understand why it would be on the app list is it does not work.

We’ve since released a much improved version of the app with better compatibility, including support for Shopify POS and more reliable document generation. The version you tried was from before we acquired the app, and unfortunately it was not being actively maintained at the time. Fantastic App for invoicing clients for payment. We have been using this APP for 4 years and it has been faultless.
The app does what it should. It's easy to use. Invoices are generated automatically, you can also customise them individually. The customer support is very nice and helpful.
We have been using the app for our business and it has been the perfect find. The settings are easy to understand and the invoices look perfect. It is very easy to download the invoice of the orders integrated with shopify. You don't need to enter any detail of the order. The support team is also very helpful. As we have just started out, we can't afford to pay every app, this is the best free invoice app providing 50 free invoices. As the business grows, we won't mind paying for this one!

super bien, estaría bien que se pudiera unir a las ventas de shopify y que cuando emites una proforma y la conviertas en factura se reste del stock pero es un detalle la recomiendo 100%
