Very sorry to be updating my previous review. I decided to uninstall the app as the customer support was not existent for days. I guess these things happen especially if you run a small team. Generally the app is useful and there are many things you can customize (of course there is always room for improvement, I would like to see some extra features becoming available). Recently my invoices would stop displaying as I wanted them to look, font settings no longer worked and I required quick support which came way too late (and still, the issue is not resolved to this day). So I decided to go ahead with a different invoice app.
Hey there! Thanks for the feedback, and I’m sorry about the experience you had with support. You’re right that timely support matters, and we’ve made major improvements there. We now have a much more responsive team and are far more hands-on when issues come up. We’ve also rebuilt large parts of the app since then with better performance and more flexibility. The Invoice App fails to work as needed about once a month. Overlapping characters and text are a recurring problem that I have to call them to fix. Most recently, the App had difficulty loading and it took a minute for me to print an Invoice, instead of 10 seconds. It took 10 days for them to resolve the issue and that's just too long. I am now looking to see if I can find something more reliable.
Hey there! I’m really sorry you had to deal with this. That's not how an app should be. We’ve since released a completely rebuilt version of Invoice Falcon that focuses heavily on speed and reliability. Document generation is now much faster, and issues like layout inconsistencies have been addressed at the core level. The version you were using was from before we took the app back over. It wasn’t being properly maintained at the time, which led to delays like the 10 day resolution you experienced. The invoice Falcon team have the best support of any app I've used thus far on shopify. I requested some customisations and they implemented them in the new app updates. I'm so pleased they took my requests seriously. I didn't want to use another invoice app because I've tried them all on shopify and none of them are near as nice as the invoice falcon design. The team were very responsive. I use invoice falcon every day as it's essential to our type of business. I love that it uses product images from our website. And that it's easy to turn quotes into invoices. I've requested that they add a option to turn quotes into pro forma invoices too and they told me they are working on it for a coming update. I'm very happy with invoice falcon.

It adds every details of the invoice, especially the discount line for each item and discount to the order. Other invoice app just discount the order whatever the discount amount is. This really suits our business and make it more easier in terms of customer facing.

Best app for invoice creation. App has a lot of features for your custom way to create an invoice. You can set an invoice date not related to the order date. And have a serial-unique number for a new invoice in sequence. And also very helpful support.
