I have been using iThink Logistics from 3-4 months and happy to say I am Fully satisfied with there service. Unlike others they give better service at a reasonable cost also till now i haven't faced any issues like weight related and also has 1 days instant COD remittance settlement feature. I have been using this app for about 2 months now. I have not faced any issues, their support team is top-notch, takes responsibility, and get every issue resolved within hours. Also, the cost of shipping is also comparatively low. The COD remittance is always on time. All in all 5 on 5 and a big Thumbs Up!!!

Their Services are Good.The RTO rate is low with Ithink Logistics because they try to reattempt the undelivered product 5times, . They always Response fast and try to solve the problem soon .

Among all the courier aggregator apps that I have used, Ithink is the best one. Not only have they got amazing features, but also they have a fantastic team to help anytime, especially Hemil and Aftaab. My POC- Kalapana is also very prompt and active. After using Ithink, I never have to worry about Shipping again!
