I was tried different chats because I'm very pretentious in the end jivo chat was exactly for that i looking. all inclusive in 1 chat, allow you make automatization by yourself, very friendly interface, full customization and very very easy to work. Amazing support. Im very happy, highly recommend!

I've had this app in place for over a year now and can say that it's a very well thought out app, easy to use and JivoChat has always been immediately available the few times I have had to reach out. The hardest thing for me (with being a 1-person business) is remembering to turn it on and off as I am constantly stepping away from my computer, but if you have a website environment where chat is beneficial, I wouldn't hesitate to go with JivoChat.

This is the best Live Chat app I've tried on Shopify, and have tried most of them. Has all the needed features for less per month than other apps. Great, fast customer service too. Nothing negative to say.

This is the best Live Chat app here on Shopify. Period. A must-have for any store owner who desires to talk/chat in real-time to their customers. This has an in-app call feature. This comes in real handy when you want to save $$ on expensive international call and gain more trust of your visitors. I can't emphasize the importance of a good live chat on sales. Also, I have not noticed any negative speed effects due to the live chat (many other live chats slow down your website). Been using it for a week now and I am just over the board. :) Keep up the fab work guys!

This company is pure SPAM. They contacted me via a chat feature I already have installed and via the contact form on our website just to get me to try their app. I'm reporting them to Shopfy. That's no way to do business.

We have been using Jivo Live Chat since last month and it is the best Live chat app we have used. It is very easy to use and also gives you live visitor tracking of current visitors on your website and what page their on which can really come in handy when determining when you want to chat with a potential customer. A product we sell online is embarrassing for most people to talk about with their Doctor. Using Chat they can stay anonymous but still get clinical advice. We love Jivochat and have used another Chat App that was not anywhere close as easy to use. It works seamlessly with Shopify, my Agents are happier and customers are using it. I would highly recommend Jivo!

I've actually tried other chat apps before but JivoChat is definitely a stand out! Really easy to use, and they have all that I need and want in a chat system. Not to mention the really sleek looking layout on my website! Thanks for making such an amazing app! Definitely worth the money! :)
