I really like the Joy subscription App. Its very easy to use and the support team is very fast and polite! I had a nice Chat with Hana and she helped me really quick to fix my problem :)

Great app and awesome support! I missed something in the settings and Hana was able to quickly help me correct it and get all listings up to date as I would like them set up.

Esta aplicación es simplemente completa: tiene todo lo que necesitas, bien organizado y fácil de usar. Pero lo que realmente me ha sorprendido es la atención al cliente. Tuve una duda mientras la usaba y, en cuestión de minutos, me resolvieron el problema de forma clara y eficiente. ¡Fue una atención rápida, amable y directa al grano! Para mí, eso marca la diferencia. No solo ofrece herramientas útiles, sino que además el equipo está pendiente de ayudar en todo momento. Perfect app, the design is great and really easy for customers to understand. After reaching out to the support because I had small issue also with the language, they were able to solve my problem very quickly ! Would 100% recommend ! Thank you

Every single person I encountered during the support process was extremely helpful, when I had a need that was not feasible on my end they had their dev team go in and work to meet my shop's needs. In particular Russ, Aughust, Ethan, Riley, and Hana were absolutely wonderful to work with in the chat support feature. THANK YOU to the entire team, I'm truly so pleased with the above and beyond service i've received.

It's a really good application. Most importantly, it's free. The customer service staff Felicity was very patient and solved many of my problems.

Super easy to get help from these guys. So impressed with how quickly they helped us get the app working. Hana and Maison solved our problems and had the system up and running in minutes. Now we can move to testing this on our store.

I am giving 5 stars because the support of the app is excellent. The people on the chat answered fast, and took care of me even that I was not very well versed on the subject. They gave me step by step instructions, they also took some of my files and work on them to export my previous information. They took the time to go into my theme (with my authorization of course), and set up the widget to work when I had problems. congratulations on your customer service
