the app stays blank after you download it, it's not usable.

Nous n'avons jamais laissé de mauvais avis sur une application, mais là il le fallait. Sur les conseils du support Avada, nous avons installé leurs 3 apps il y a plusieurs mois et quel regret. Nous n'avons jamais vu autant de bugs et de problèmes réunis au sein d'une même enseigne. Si vous recherchez quelque chose de fiable, n'installez pas cette application, sauf si vous voulez passer des heures avec leur support à cause des bugs.

The backend of this app is extremely glitchy and has caused us so many issues. We've had 3 separate instances in the last 4 months of orders not going through, orders not following our rules/settings as they should, options being blocked from selection, double orders or missing orders.... each time we've had to message customer support and each issue was totally their fault and took 4-5 days to resolve each time. That means pissed off customers and damage to our reputation. I do NOT recommend this app for subscriptions.

The worst application I have ever seen. It completely crashed my site. Every time I call support it gets worse and worse. The menus move by themselves in the middle of the night without any intervention, and now my site is completely out of service. I really do not recommend it. Update: even worse than expected, even after the application was removed, bugs persisted, subscription buttons appeared and were impossible to remove. So I had to put the site in maintenance, then hire a service provider to migrate the site to another theme to finally solve the problem. The repair is in progress, I'll let you imagine the cost.
