Atendimento sem igual, ou seja, a equipe supera expectativas e é nota 10 em atendimento. Tenho vários APPs , mas o atendimento melhor ou igual a equipe AVADA/JOY ainda não vi até o momento. São muito prestativos e eficientes em especial a Sra.Jade e a Sra.Hana. Excelente. Vocês estão de parabéns!

the customer service is excellent! Everyone on the team is working hard on clock to solve any issue you have. And the app works just fine, it got everything you need for a subscription app

I like the app, it's free, which is great, and was able to be migrated from my past subscription app. There is good live support, but I wish there was more ways to edit the design without needing to contact support. But once its done you don't need to contact them again!

Complete application (currently being tested). Very responsive support, fast translation into French of access to the user portal and the content of widgets and emails.

Super easy to integrate and setup. I made requests to customise the subscription widget further and the support was always fast at replying AND made the adjustments within the hour (I had Elle as my customer support).

So far I'm enjoying this app. Hana was super helpful with customizing the subscription buttons to my store. I've read several other amazing reviews from other business owners and I have no doubt that my customers will enjoy this new feature!

Great subscription app! Highly recommend. At first, it seemed like customization options were limited, but once I reached out to the team, they were able to fully tailor the subscription box to my preferences. Abby was especially helpful throughout the process—she stayed persistent, never giving up, and always working towards a solution. In the end, we made it work, and now it perfectly matches the theme of my store! If you’re looking for a solid (and free) subscription app, this is the one!

Une application facile à installer, un service client très réactif. Un grand merci à Jade pour avoir pris le temps, d'appliquer les modifications nécessaire à mon widget Joy !! Idéal pour tester et lancer des nouveaux abonnements, je suis très heureuse de relancer certains produits grâce cette appli.
