I downloaded the app and had issues because of the theme I had in my store. I reached out to the online 24/7 customer service and received help right away. Alyssa was the best! I granted her the access she needed and she came back saying they had to do it a little differently, but all was working. It looked like it should. I asked some follow-up questions as to pausing & cancellations and received the info I needed. She even sent visuals! I am so happy I picked this app for my subscription box. Alyssa is quick & knowledgeable. Wonderful experience all around.

I have seen and used the best of the best plugins across different platforms (Framer, Shopify, WordPress, Wix), and this is the first time I am adding a review. What makes this tool the best? It's the customer support, and the way they go beyond normal to help us truly feels like it's witchcraft (normal tech support will never do it). Hands down, the best tool and tech support I have ever come across.

This is absolutely the best subscription app! Not only is it completely free and incredibly easy to use, but it also offers everything you'd need for your subscription setup. The features are intuitive, and the integration into our Shopify store was seamless. What truly stands out, though, is the amazing customer support! A special shoutout to Alyssa and Damian – they were absolutely fantastic. Whether it was answering our questions promptly, providing professional advice, or helping us customize a widget, they always went above and beyond. Just installed this app today - so far, so good. The customer service rep was very helpful and efficient and even changed the wording on the subscribe option to better suit my website. And the best part? It's free :)

Actualmente una aplicación gratuita que me soluciona el tipo de servicio que necesito. Recien lo instale y tuve la ayuda de JAde para la instalación y traducción, por el momento muy satisfecha, espero que continue asi de facil!
