The Joy Subscription has gone above and beyond our expectations. The platform is super easy to use, and the customer service team has been quick, professional, and genuinely helpful every time we’ve needed support. A big shoutout to Avery for patiently guiding us through technical questions.

The app is great, straightforward to use. I don't have any subscriptions yet I've just set it up but it was super quick and the support is top notch. Alice, Riley and Hana are superstars :)

Une application géniale, simple à prendre en main et ultra-puissante ! On peut créer facilement des bundles et des abonnements totalement sur mesure. L’équipe support est exceptionnelle : Hana, la responsable client, est toujours à l’écoute et hyper réactive, et Andrew, le développeur, agit avec une rapidité impressionnante. Il réalise exactement ce dont on a besoin, à chaque fois. Le tout gratuitement ! C’est rare de trouver un tel niveau de service. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe !

We have only recently installed this app, so far it does what it says it does. But the highlight has been the 5 customer support service! Julie has been incredibly helpful answering our questions and getting everything set up seamlessly and promptly.
