I use 5 different apps from Joy and I am really happy with how they work, how easy they are, and support is always available. Also last talk with Jada was extremely smooth.

I’ve been using the Joy Loyalty Program for a while now, and I’m extremely satisfied with the tool. It’s intuitive, effective, and has really helped us engage with our customers. A special mention goes to the support and especially Mirra and Hana, whose support is absolutely outstanding – incredibly fast, friendly, and always helpful. It’s rare to experience such a high level of service, and it truly makes a difference. Highly recommended!

I just started using this app today, but made the switch after using two other rewards programs that weren't meeting our needs. Joy offers more features at a better price and the customer service has been amazing. Audrey has been a great resource in getting things set up for our rewards program and subscriptions. A solid loyalty app — simple to use and backed by amazing support! We chose Joy to power our loyalty program at Anton Loyal Companions, and we’re really happy with it. I love this app! Even with just the free version, it's packed with features that are super easy to use and customize. Huge shoutout to Jasmine from their support team—she helped me quickly place the rewards widget on the right side of my site, exactly how I wanted it. The support is amazing, and the app works perfectly with my store. I’m definitely considering upgrading to the paid version as I grow. Highly recommended!
