The Joy: Loyalty Program & Rewards app is just what we needed at The Dock Drop! This gives us the ability to customize our rewards program, and we were able to build it out just as we had designed. The support that we received during setup was amazing and we look forward to a long and successful partnership as we continue to offer our exciting rewards program! We recommend this app to any business that is trying to implement a customer rewards program!

Entre todos os sistemas de fidelidade que já testei, nenhum se compara ao Joy, sobretudo quanto ao time que presta suporte. Que está sempre disposta em ajudar e lhe auxiliar no mínimos detalhes. Eu não teria outra ferramenta a indicar se não o Joy, muito robusta e funcional, faz o cliente realmente querer fazer parte do programa de fidelidade. Mais do que super indico.

Great app for our vape company and offers our customers a lot of perks, and repeat business does everything we need. The Support is amazing. Just used the support for the first time, and Hana was great, got everything sorted quickly.
