Fantastic support from the Joy Loyalty & Subscription team! Hana helped me configure and set up the app on my store - even on a Sunday. She was extremely polite, made every change only after confirming with me, and ensured everything worked perfectly. She also suggested a few helpful apps for my store, which I really appreciated. Hana, you are truly a gem and a real asset to your team. Thank you for going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations!

Customer service is exerllent! I am just starting out to try a reward programme , not really know how to set up properly, the customer service team "Hana" who is patiently guide me through and even help me to set up, thank you so much. my very first reward app is alive now, hope it will help my store better, let us see.

I was having trouble setting up a flow using a third-party app they don't natively support. Despite that, their support team went completely out of their way to help me, showing me exactly how to get my request up and running. Truly excellent customer service!

The team at Joy are always super quick to resolve any issues. Hana helped resolve an issue we had with one of our multiplier programs within a few minutes.

Joy app is good for loaylty program and bonus points, but you have to understand that it's more concentarted on small and medium size business. Joy less suitable for big companies. Support team is very helpful. They answer fast and solve any issue, especially Sonny

Set up is a little fiddly, but the support is superb. Actual people available when you need them.

Wir nutzen die App seit einigen Monaten, funktioniert bisher, manchmal ist unser Theme nicht ganz kompatibel aber der Support ist immer sehr schnell und hilfsbereit und konnte bisher alles klären, danke an Hana und Mark!
