After several days with a problem with the integration with Shopify POS, the entire team has done their part to solve the errors that prevented it from working correctly. They have offered us 24-hour support, even on Sunday. Therefore we can say that we are satisfied so far, we just have to continue testing the app to offer all its benefits to our customers.

So far, this app seems to have everything I was looking for in a loyalty program. I had a slight hiccup with importing customers, but Jasmine helped me figure out what I was doing wrong and in no time, I had my customers imported! She helped me resolve the issue super fast!

This app does exactly what we were looking for and was very easy to set up and customize. I had one small issue with theme integration code but Prakash was able to fix the problem in a matter of minutes.

I decided to choose Joy for my loyalty and referral programs and I cannot be happier. The level of support offered by Emily cannot be better. She chatted with me for a couple of hours patiently guiding me through the set up process, helping me customizing options immediately and allowing me to have a fully operational app by the moment the chat ended. Go for it!

There were a few small issues whilst setting up the app but the customer support provided by Liz and Esther was very reassuring. William did a great job in resolving the issues in a short space of time. I would definitely recommend the app not just for the functionality and how good it looks but also for the support from the app team.
