I was facing some challenges while onboarding this app so connected with the support team and luckily got Hana on the other side. She was not only efficient but also quick and helped me resolve all my issues with utmost patience. Really happy and thanks again Hana!

I’ve been using the Joy app for loyalty points and rewards, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way! Setting up the program was a breeze, and the customization options are fantastic – I was able to easily align it with my store’s branding. My customers love earning and redeeming points, and the app makes the process seamless. It's been a great way to encourage repeat purchases and boost customer engagement. The analytics and reporting features also give me valuable insights into how the program is performing. A special shout-out to Damian from customer service, who has been incredibly helpful. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, Damian has been prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Overall, the Joy app has been a game-changer for my store’s loyalty program, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to boost customer retention with an easy-to-manage rewards system!

This is a great app! My customers love it and it has brought me in quite a bit of sales so it's a win win! I love when I can make my customers happy and Joy does that. Also, I reached out to support today and Audrey was so very helpful and made sure everything was just right. She also had an awesome personality and felt more like a friendly chat than a boring professional one. 10 stars for Audrey! And Joy!

Hana was so great! She helped me edit the layout and format of my page in the theme editor, reached out to the devs for me and was communicative throughout the whole process. Answered all of my questions and was so helpful the whole time.

We migrated from other app ,and found out that the function provided by joy is Comprehensive and easy to use. The customer service is friendly and helpful, their instructions are clear. Shout out for Audrey and Hana, both of you did a great job !

By far the most reliable and user-friendly rewards program on Shopify. Every time I've reached out for support they responded quickly and solved my issue. Jasmine quickly added a feature I was missing and was very helpful. Can't beat this app for the price.
