Good functionality even on the free version. The customer service and tech support is very good. Abby was really helpful and managed to sort out the issue in a timely manner.

I had a couple questions for the Joy team about the app. I was chatting with Audrey and she answered all of my questions, fast. Audrey even helped me with customized and setup all the features I asked for to get my rewards program started for my company. I do not do reviews very often when I do, its for good reason. Installed the app and had some quick quistions about it. Alyssa had all the answers and even helped with a little coding while the technical team wasn't available at that time. The app is easy to use en flexibel enough to implement all idea's you have about Loyalty. Great app with very nice features to bad we are not big enough to upgrade to an higher subscription to use even more features.

I love an App that has chat support and they are not only 1) responsive and 2) actually help with your questions or needs. I just downloaded Joy and I had a couple setup questions/clarifications and Prakash was on in a couple minutes and walked me through all my needs. I went from a "maybe I'll keep looking at other solutions" to "I'm sticking with Joy" in one chat session. Very extensive setup guide and very helpful support make this a no-brainer!

So far, so good! Their team is quick to respond to inquiries via the live chat. Audrey helped me in no time when I had a question about how to add a referral block to a landing page on our website!
