I had the pleasure of working with Audrey from Joy's customer service team, and I cannot say enough good things about her support! She was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through the entire setup process step-by-step. Audrey ensured that every detail was perfect so that we could activate and publish the app on our website immediately after our chat. Her expertise and friendly assistance made the experience seamless and efficient. Thank you, Audrey, for your outstanding service!

Hana and Raymond were so helpful today. I spoke to Hana at length as I'm new to the app and had various questions since this is my first time launching and rewards and loyalty program. I had over 10 questions and each were answered and explained so efficiently, meanwhile Raymond was working in the background to help customise my program. Thank you both very much for such a friendly service and helping me get my program up and running.

love it, easier to use and better for me to start with than the other app I was using at first which left me a bit overwhelmed. Their customer service is amazing! I was talking to Damian whenever I had a question and he answered immediately and helped me out with everything. Recommend to everyone! :)

I've started using the Joy loyalty app, which offers numerous features. While implementing Joy (as I transition to a new loyalty system), I've received excellent support from the Joy team. I'd particularly like to thank Damian and the entire crew for their assistance.

I haven't used it for an extended period of time yet so I can't comment on whether this is entirely useful for my business but the app seems easy to use so far and customer service is good! Hopefully this works! Special shout out to Alyssa, William & Damian for your help!

I installed this app a few days ago and I have to say I'm quite impressed with it. It has a lot of great features (more features than some comparable apps that are much pricier) and yet is easy to set up. It calculates the loyalty points properly (unlike some of its competitors) and is very flexible. The support staff (including Tracy, Anivia, Abby and others) is super friendly and helpful. Overall I am very impressed and pleased!!!

Absolutely thrilled with the support Audrey and Hana provided for our Loyalty Point page setup! They were incredibly responsive and patient, even when I struggled with adding the blocks. Audrey jumped in right away, added the necessary elements, and was so kind throughout the process. The app itself is fantastic and so easy to use. And as it turned out, I needed some extra help later on (of course!). Audrey and Hana didn’t miss a beat—they were quick, accommodating, and went above and beyond with some custom coding to make sure the widget functioned perfectly on my page. I can't thank them enough for their exceptional support!

I'm very happy with the Joy App so far, I could customise it to suit my brand which I love. Audrey was so helpful and kind and appreciate her super fast assistance, I don't think I've had any help as fast as this before. I highly recommend the Joy app, and one last thing it is a lot more affordable for small start out businesses like mine than other apps.
