Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) If you're a Shopify store owner looking to supercharge your customer retention efforts, look no further than the Joy Loyalty Rewards Program App. As a longtime user, I can confidently say that this app has transformed the way I engage with my customers and drive repeat business.

We just switched over to Joy from a different loyalty program. It was a pretty painless switch overall, we were easily able to import the points from the old system into the new one. I had a few issue getting the rewards to show up on the POS (which turned out to be me just being oblivious and nothing wrong with the app), but I clicked on support and typed in my issue, within minutes Hana was able to point me in the right direction and we are fully up and running now! Highly reccomend this app for ease of use and excellent support.

I had a bunch of questions regarding how the app works and about setting up the loyalty Program, Wendy was quick with the responding and helped me to understand the use of the program a lot better. Still waiting to set it up but i think it will work wonders!

This app is amazing! Why? It supports most of the things I wanted, although not everything I had in mind. Why would I even rate it 5 stars? I'm looking at the service in general, not just the app. Whenever you have a question, the live support is there for you immediately to provide the best assistance they can. Liz is very cooperative and enjoyable to talk to. She is a valuable asset to the team. Good job, Avada!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Abby for account activation, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we began the process, Abby displayed an admirable level of enthusiasm and friendliness that made me feel at ease. What really stood out to me was her patience. I had quite a few questions and some technical difficulties on my end, but she guided me through the process step by step without showing any signs of impatience or frustration. She ensured that I understood every aspect of the service and was comfortable moving forward. In addition to her amazing interpersonal skills, Abby was incredibly efficient. She swiftly took care of the necessary procedures to activate my account, all while making sure I was informed and comfortable with each step. The whole process took far less time than I expected, thanks to her proficiency. In summary, Abby is a model customer service representative. Her mix of friendliness, patience, and efficiency made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend anyone who needs assistance to hope they get Abby on the other end of the line. She's truly an asset to the company.

Hana, the Joy Whisperer of Loyalty Apps When I reached out for help, Hana didn't just solve my problem, she practically tap-danced her way into my heart with her tech-savvy prowess. It's like she spoke fluent "App-nese" and had secret handshakes with my shopify website she was so helpful that I half-expected her to pop out of my screen with a virtual high-five. Very useful features for a manageable monthly price. Customer support is incredibly fast. Emily helped me get everything setup properly and took the time to walk me through what I needed. Major upgrade from our previous app.
