The Joy Loyalty Program is fantastic! It’s easy to use and has already boosted our customer engagement. A special shout-out to Alyssa for her incredible support. She patiently answered all my questions and helped me set up our rewards perfectly. Her quick and friendly assistance made the whole process effortless. Highly recommend Joy, especially for their outstanding team!

Als Anwender der kostenlosen Variante hatte ich soweit herausragende Erfahrung mit dem Kundendienst mit sehr schneller Reaktionszeit. Die Applikation bietet einen umfangreichen Baukasten für verschiedene Verdienst- und Einlösemöglichkeiten. Sehr empfehlenswert.

The best customer support is with AVADA. Very fast and attentive. The assistant, Hana, was always very patient and helped us install the widget and a block on the rewards page. Incredible! A wonderful experience.

We've been using Joy for over a year now. It's user-friendly and easy to use + the helpdesk is always there in case you have a quick question or issue about customer points. Their rep Hana was very helpful and quick to answer my concern about overlapping buttons on our website :) Easy fix when you have the right type of help!

The app is easy to use and setup is straightforward. The loyalty features work well for basic needs and do what they’re supposed to. What really stands out is the support team, they’re super responsive and very helpful. Overall, nothing too fancy, but it gets the job done nicely.

We’re still in the process of setting up the app and migrating our existing users to Joy Reward. Throughout this journey, the support team and backend technician have been outstanding.
