This is a great app! My customers love it and it has brought me in quite a bit of sales so it's a win win! I love when I can make my customers happy and Joy does that. Also, I reached out to support today and Audrey was so very helpful and made sure everything was just right. She also had an awesome personality and felt more like a friendly chat than a boring professional one. 10 stars for Audrey! And Joy!

By far the most reliable and user-friendly rewards program on Shopify. Every time I've reached out for support they responded quickly and solved my issue. Jasmine quickly added a feature I was missing and was very helpful. Can't beat this app for the price.

We had an issue that the widget popup doesnt show properly and it was behind the header, thanks to the professional and prompt support from Abby and Raymond , the issue was resolved. Keep up the great service you offer!

Enjoyed the functionality and depth of the features. I was able to set up my coffee club membership tiers and add start up points, bonus points and discounts for each tier. I was also able to customize member widget based on the tier. I totally loved the loyalty page that you can set up on the website , looks amazing. Excellent customer support by Alyssa, Jasmine and other support team! Amazing tech support by Nolan with in depth knowledge of the various aspects of the app and rewards program.
