Liz was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I have zero knowledge about app setup but she was very patient to walk me through and completed the setup. She has saved me a lot of time. I believe Loyalty & Rewards Program is happy to have her as a teammate. Thanks Liz so much!

Customer service is incredibly fast and helpful. The pricing is much more affordable with a lot of features compared to other loyalty program apps out there. Shoutout to representative Liz for helping me set up!

Una aplicación realmente interesante y extremadamente útil. Tuve algunos problemas activando la aplicación tras instalarla, pero Jasmine, del soporte de AVADA, me ayudo a activarlo rápidamente, !Muchas gracias!

Great support. Sunny was a pleasure to work with. This is a drop-in replacement for another app, that was easily exported and migrated.

So far so good! I just set things up in about a half hour. The tech support agent was able to answer my questions really fast too! I am excited for my Customers to start seeing their points add up!

Great app and amazing customer support. I had a couple of things which needed changing and Hana was very helpful and sorted it out in minutes. If you're searching for a loyalty/rewards programme I definitely recommend Joy, in addition to being the best value loyalty programme, especially with the inclusion of VIP tiers, their customer support is also amazing.
