There were a few small issues whilst setting up the app but the customer support provided by Liz and Esther was very reassuring. William did a great job in resolving the issues in a short space of time. I would definitely recommend the app not just for the functionality and how good it looks but also for the support from the app team.

Great support from Hana to adjust the app and the points balances. Very responsive support and great communication. We will be trialling the app but so far its been easy to setup and has powerful customisations to amend the look and feel and the points structure to suit our needs. So far so good

Very good user experience. During use, I found that the icon on the website was slightly overlapped with the icon of another software. Hana helped me solve it very quickly. Thank her very much.

Just moved from one of the other big loyalty programs because since they sold the support has been downhill and the system buggy - to the stage that I've got customers emailing me very upset as their points have disappeared and they think we are deleting them. If working with Joy Loyalty & Rewards is as good longterm as the onboarding I'll be with them for life! Thanks for your help guys.

I run 13 separate shopify stores and needed help setting up a complex loyalty scheme, Esther has been amazing!! The best online support I've received in a long time. We're now going to expand our loyalty program and use other apps they provide. Great service, thank you Esther!!

Really easy to use with tons of options. I reached out to support, and Emily went above and beyond answering all my questions and helping me navigate the software! Very very helpful!!!
