I couldn't believe the amount of speed and accurate service this app has. As a customer service team, I couldn't be more happy. Truly. At first, I thought it was a bot given the speed of replies, turns out No, it's THEIR AMAZING customer service agent, called Hana. Really hats off believe me.

Hana was incredibly helpful. I needed the app to reintegrated with our updated theme and it was fixed super fast.

Prakash was quick to answer my questions and help. Like you can change the branding and are able to do back dated loyalty points.

I installed the app about 20 minutes ago and have been chatting with the lovely Hana since then. Hana has been helping me set up the app, get the Klavio integration sorted and answer my 1,000,000 questions. Hana is a great support. Love that I have had support from the minute i installed the app. so far its smooth sailing.

App looks great and the functionality is awesome. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a loyalty plugin! Prakash was also very quick in helping me to remove the branding.

quick response from the customer service support team. I am on the free plan and they provide good support too and I will switch to paid plan soon.

What a huge suite of items here under the Avada umbrella! Hakeem assisted with snippets to get my code just right to show in the rewards account and is the Best!

I just went through so many of the Loyalty apps. Some I could not figure out and others wanted to over charge for integrations. You would get one per tier. This app integrates perfectly with judge.me and klayvio which is perfect for us. It was easy to figure out the adding options for earning and spending. Wow. I am so happy I found this! I am been like wasting so much time on others who made me email back and forth.. with no help. And the customer chat service app is amazing. There is a chat right in the app and the response was quick. Hana helped me and she provided fantastic support. So excited and relieved I can stop wasting time.
