We just switched over to Joy from a different loyalty program. It was a pretty painless switch overall, we were easily able to import the points from the old system into the new one. I had a few issue getting the rewards to show up on the POS (which turned out to be me just being oblivious and nothing wrong with the app), but I clicked on support and typed in my issue, within minutes Hana was able to point me in the right direction and we are fully up and running now! Highly reccomend this app for ease of use and excellent support.

I had a bunch of questions regarding how the app works and about setting up the loyalty Program, Wendy was quick with the responding and helped me to understand the use of the program a lot better. Still waiting to set it up but i think it will work wonders!

L'app, anche in versione Free, è fantastica e funziona perfettamente. Liz dello Staff Tecnico è stata davvero professionale e gentile nell'aiutarmi in alcuni configurazioni post-installazione. Consigliatissimo. SUPER!!!

Very useful features for a manageable monthly price. Customer support is incredibly fast. Emily helped me get everything setup properly and took the time to walk me through what I needed. Major upgrade from our previous app.

Had issues with the app regarding branding colors and text changes. Esther from the support team was quick to respond and gave a solution in no time. Would recommend this app to any Shopify store owner that is looking for a reward program for their customers!

Just integrated JOY after a long search to find a loyalty reward app that did everything I wanted. Had a few little branding niggles, but jumped on the chat and the awesome Emily sorted me out right away. Super patient and helpful with all my requests. Lets hope the app is as good as their customer service! Time will tell.

Recently installed and had a few questions and needed my widget size adjusted, Esther and Anivia on the instant chat were such a big help and responded promptly. I love the setup and the cost compared to other loyalty apps.

Great app! Much cheaper than another I used briefly! PLUS customer support is the best! Lydia and William were so quick to help move the button so it didnt interfere with other elements in my website, and also showed me how to change the text. Happy customer here!
