We tried multiple different reward apps that had one issue after another before finally trying out Joy. We should have gone there first! This is a great app that integrates with our site AND the POS which was imperative to our business. Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. We're saving money after switching from our original app and this app works better for us. Win win!

So far, this app has been a seamless and simple experience! Especially compared to the other apps we have been trying (for months!). Works well with our POS app and the information auto-populated. And, a simple CSV upload for customer data. We are very happy to have found the Joy: Rewards app!

Audrey has great customer service! she is really friendly and is there to answer all questions I had about the app. Easy to navigate as well.

Great app - pretty easy to use, and the support is awesome. Many thanks, Hana! And the Rewards functionality really does work from a recurring sales point of view. I've got a bunch of customers who use it regularly. They're happy, so I'm happy.
