Joy Loyalty Program & Rewards

We tried multiple different reward apps that had one issue after another before finally trying out Joy. We should have gone there first! This is a great app that integrates with our site AND the POS which was imperative to our business. Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. We're saving money after switching from our original app and this app works better for us. Win win!

So far, this app has been a seamless and simple experience! Especially compared to the other apps we have been trying (for months!). Works well with our POS app and the information auto-populated. And, a simple CSV upload for customer data. We are very happy to have found the Joy: Rewards app!

Had some troubles reactivating my widget manually. Juliana got me back up and running very quickly, which is really appreciated.

Great app to manage point and discount easily. The app let you translate most resource as well, which is a most for non-english shops. Last but not lease, support was super reactive (thank you Esther!).
