After testing a few different apps, we found this one to be the most user friendly (and cost effective!) app for an existing store. Other apps were difficult to import customers in correctly without duplication of efforts. Sunny helped me a ton in getting everything done the way we needed it without spending hours messing with it! Highly recommend!

So far, the app has been easy to navigate & edit rewards. Esther from the Help center was very quick and helpful, she resolved a small issue i had within 5min which puts me at ease if i have any further issues/have any questions.

Good loyalty program app, but I need a more affordable plan to upgrade. I am on the free plan. The support is excellent and the implementation is fairly straightforward. Give it a try.

Awesome!!! I have just started to use the App but Liz gave OUTSTANDING support and helped me export all my customers from a different loyalty platform to this one and so far everything has been seamless! She answered all my questions and helped me get everything set up just the way I wanted it!
