Recently had a small tech issue with our store, I spoke to Jasmine from support and she was super helpful, they got the issue fixed promptly. Jasmine was super quick to help me get the app embedded in to my site. There were a lot of ways to customize, but the customizations did not reflect on the pop up on my page. Overall seems like a good app for just starting out with a loyalty program.
