Very simple to use and looks great on my site. I had a little trouble getting the app enabled and all parts embedded but I was able to open a chat and Tony helped me fix the issues and got it resolved and working for me quickly.

I enjoy the simplicity of the app and I can reward my customers for being loyal. I recently had a small issue with the app and how it was displaying on my website and Prakash helped get it fixed right away. He made sure he understood what I needed help with, was patient and super fast yo resolve the issue

App works great! Their customer service is near instantaneous with any issues. They were so great to work with that I integrated another app of theirs into my site to replace one that lacked the support you get from Joy.

I have only just installed the app, so I don't know how good and effective it is yet. But the support from Hana in setting up has be excellent!

Great app for rewards! I installed and uninstalled several different reward apps because most would only do part of what I wanted, but not everything. I love that this one connects with POS and online, so my customers can shop in store then redeem points online. Any questions I've had about using the app have been promptly answered, and support is kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Prakash was fantastic! Quick customer service and helpful tips! The Joy: Rewards Loyalty Program is something we've been looking to use for awhile, and we've finally configured it proprerly.
