Just down loaded the app today. I have been working through setting it up to launch our loyalty program. I ran into a slight issue and reached out to support. Emily quickly resolved my issue and I am back at customizing our program. Thank you Emily.

I like to simplicity of setting up the app for your store. Although there are a few options I wish was available for earning points but overall good. What I definitely like is the prompt customer support you receive by chat. Agent Jasmine is really good at explaining, showing examples and is patient to hearing your concerns.

So far the app did not generate any benefits for the store, perhaps it takes some time for the customers to understand & acomodate with the loyalty programs or with referrals. One aspect that the app lacks is full translation control. There are a few pieces of text that can't be translated. All in all it seems to be a good app, let's see the benefits of it. A good bonus is the response team which is very responsive and willing to help, I've discussed with 3 people already and they all helped a lot!

Just installed this app after reviewing another one that was more $$ per month. I love this app so far and does exactly what I've been looking for. Had a minor issue after install but support was extremely helpful and fast! Got it all resolved within 5 minutes. Unbelievable! Highly recommend this one for sure!

I have set up this app and it works like a charm. Better than some of the more expensive apps out there. And also the support is phenomenal! So quick to respond on chat, Jasmine and Marcus are just quick and pleasent. And made my custom requests with a smile. Highly recommended!

The app is straightforward to set up. I did encounter a minor glitch but I only had to restart the app and all was good. Thank you to their friendly and helpful support staff Hana for her prompt assistance and efficient service.
