The app was easy to set up, and it looks like they are adding new features which is great to see app development. When we had issues with a customer redeeming points for the first time, Emily was quick to respond and help me figure out which setting I needed to update and waited while I tested the change. So far....so good.

Literally the best rewards app out there, even better than the expensive ones! AVADA also has a bunch of other apps like chat integration, sales boost, SEO suite, Marketing automation... they have everything you need!

It was very easy to set up and the chat box to utilize all resources was very convenient. I am looking forward to offering loyalty rewards to my customers. Hanna was quick to help with the pop up box in my store.
