App is fantastic for what I need it to do. It's a little annoying that you have to chat with support in order to unlock some of the features but at least I know it's getting done correctly and I don't have to mess with it at all. Prakash did an excellent job helping me out!

Was looking for a new loyalty app and i chanced upon this. it is user friendly and support folks Candace and Liz were quick to help with my issues. mainly downloaded cause it was free but it seems to work really well. they allow us to make suggestions for improvement or new features and it seems like they do work on those

I used this app to help with a loyalty system and is very good, I can put the points on the front of the shop and everything, amazing app and amazing service thank you, Jasmine and Marcus. Marcus helped a lot with the addition of code and implementation as well as Jasmine that was very good at communicating what I wanted in the app, very happy

The folks at Joy Reward Loyalty program are great to work with. Abby helped me customize my loyalty reward messages and helped format my logo. Thank you Abby for all your help this morning. I appreciate your patience while I learn the program.
