The app has a lot of functionality and is a little intimidating but it is also very robust and their support via chat right in the app is probably the best feature. I am a new user. Easy to set up loyalty programme. Big help from Ms Jade on the easy set up on points and rewards to start my website. She is well equipped and realise issue beforehand, so the set up is quicker.
