App is user friendly and the chat support is great as well. My chat support person, Prakash, always goes above and beyond for me whenever I need help and I really appreciate them!

i've been installing and removing few loyalty apps but this one is easier to manage. Liz from support is so helpful and gave prompt reply to all of my questions.

Great for a free rewards program. Their support is very helpful. They have a pretty standard offering and it looks like they are regularly adding new features.

Easy to install for loyalty points program! Hana helped getting an expiry set up as well as removing the branding. Quick and excellent service for it being late at night my time! Super happy!!!

First time user: Candace from Avada was amazing, fast, and efficient ! She helped me enable all features to my new joy/Avada app. I'm excited to see these features grow! I will be adding this app to my other shop as well as other shops created by me and my team! Candace for President 2022!! lol
