Joy Loyalty Program & Rewards

Easy app to use, fast setup! Needed some help and Esther was able to get me squared away! Excited to introduce this to my customers!

I changed my theme and needed assistance. Prakash was great and was able to assist me very quickly! As always, customer service is amazing and I am enjoying being able to add this rewards program for my customers.

Emily w/ tech support was really helpful today deciphering an error message for me. Prompt, courteous and effective help!

So far so good, simple to use and the support/service from 'Drake' has been great 5* he really helped with the set up and other avada apps i have. I would like to see more customization options with the company logos and layout etc but avada said this is new so i hope in time they will add more features. :)

I had an issue with the pop up referral reward on mobile devices and Prakash worked with me until I was satisfied with the appearance of my store. The issue was quickly resolved!

Would have been great but all text was not translatable. Couldn't translate even in code. That's a shame since most of it could be translated. Edit: customer support helped to translate all.
