The app is easy to use and set-up and even the free option has enough flexibility to get you on way nicely. And best of all the customer service and support team has been excellent from Day 1 addressing whatever issues and question I have had with patience, clarity and speed. A special thanks to Hana with a quick turnaround and solution to a request I had.

I've researched loyalty and rewards program apps fairly extensively, and Joy is still the most versatile and affordable one I've used to date. They have *excellent* customer service as well, and are super responsive.

Great app with outstanding support! Joy has become a key tool for us — we use it to run our loyalty program across multiple markets, and it has been working flawlessly. The setup is intuitive, the design is modern, and the customization options cover everything we need — from rewarding purchases to incentivizing customer reviews. We especially want to highlight the amazing customer support. The chat communication was excellent — they responded quickly to our questions about language versions and helped us smoothly launch the program on our new Czech and upcoming Slovak stores. Really enjoying the app so far. Setup have been very intuitive and customization is very simple. When we have had trouble getting setup, support from Hana and Liz has been very prompt and helpful :)

The service was very prompt and staff was helpful. I like that they have a live chat feature supported by their staff who are very well trained. I just installed the app and had no idea how to set up. I was served by Hana and she was very helpful in guiding me and also helped to set it up each step of the way. I'm grateful for the assistance as it would've taken me several days to figure things out. Great job!

Excellent points app. Hana helped me with a custom change and has jumped on very quickly whenever I had a question or issue. Very happy with this app. Will be installing on our second store soon.
