We've had a great experience with Justuno. The company is much more than a tech solution - although the technology is great. The team really works with you in a consultative way and they do everything they can to help you succeed. It's totally different than most of the tech solution companies we've worked with where you pay for the tech and that's basically it. We really enjoy working with the team and value their insights.

JustUno has been a great solution for guiding customers where we want them on our site and capturing leads. I especially enjoy working with both Miranda and Travis on some complicated workarounds and special creative projects. They are extremely responsive, knowledgable, and always friendly. :) We have seen great results and our customers have been taking action thanks to these workflows. Thanks to JustUno team's support and guidance, our pop ups are optimized and effective.

I suddenly started getting weekly emails for my "reports" despite not even having this app installed. If I did install it, it was probably a couple years ago. Why the sudden emails that I was unable to unsubscribe from? I emailed support asking to have my account deleted every week that I received this email about 4 times. No answer. No help. Just continued emails every single Monday I could not opt out of. I had to install this app just to delete my account finally and figured I'd also warn anyone who despises annoying emails and zero support to try another app.
We're sorry that you're still receiving the emails. They're transactional performance emails but you can choose to not receive them in your account settings. We've also set up filters so that inactive accounts like yours will not receive them in the future.
