Cette app est facile à configurer, j'ai suivi pas à pas les explications, j'ai vérifié si tout marchait correctement, et voilà! C'est une excellente app. pour permettre aux clients de précommander un article en rupture de stock en préréglant un acompte. Merci à Kaktus pour pour la rendre gratuite et aussi performante!

Was trying out new pre-order apps and we ended up going live with this one - it was easy set up and had a fast loading time on our store. Just when I went to announce on our social media, we did a double check and suddenly the widget was gone from the product page and the app was experiencing a server error - could not even open the app. Decided to give it some time and tried it again. Server came back maybe 20 minutes later and we went live. About two hours later we were notified by a customer trying to check out that the widget was gone and there was not an option to preorder and we saw that the server was done again. Bad first impression and definitely upsetting. We had to uninstall the same night and find an alternative so we wouldn't lose sales :/

Super fast customer support! The workflow for creating a preorder is intuitive and easy to use.

Charges you for all orders through your store, even if they didn't use the platform. 65 pre-orders cost us hundreds of dollars in usage fees. Also, terrible support - passes blame back to Shopify when the pre-orders don't complete the second payment. Awful app, awful people.

For transparency, the app fees are based on total orders processed by your store (as outlined in our pricing), not just orders that complete a second payment. We understand this model may not suit every business, and we appreciate you sharing how it impacted you. Regarding the second payment issue, pre-order payment flows rely on Shopify’s checkout and billing systems, which sometimes limits what we can directly control.
