Customer service is top notch from Kangaroo! I've worked with Nadim, Alex and Mario and others on different things and all have responded quickly with very helpful advice and often offering to do a quick web call so we could talk face to face and share screens to make sure things were working. I Highly recommend Kangaroo as a loyalty app.

Best loyalty program ! over 15k products, and it works automatically without any interruptions. If there's an issue, maybe 3-4 in 9 years, they are corrected in such a timely manner that it impresses.

Something happened that disabled Shopify purchases from rewarding points to my customers. They were able to fix it, but couldn't tell me: A) When it happened. B) How many customers and transaction were affected. C) The timeframe this occured in. D) Why it even happened to begin with, or if it could happen again. Their communication is vague, unhelpful, and did nothing to aid me or my customers in repairing the damage.
