Easy to install, with step by step help from real people. Our POS customers love the loyalty scheme and leave their own 5* reviews quoting the scheme. From a business user perspective, the help desk is probably the best I've ever come across. Actual real people are on the other side of the chat and genuinely understand and are able to help with any problems. We exchanged our card loyalty scheme for a digital one, the price is pretty much on par with our card costs, but the digital version provides so much more....linking our physical store customers with our online store is a functionality we would never have gained from our card system.
