The app hasent done anything for me. 0 sessions or sales. It states it’s active and running but doesn’t do anything. Wasting money.
Hi Nick, Kit Karts is an application that sends out emails to help recover abandoned carts. Without any newly placed abandoned carts, it won't email your customers. You can view all abandoned carts and emails that have been sent to your customers directly on the Kit Karts dashboard. The app is very clean, functional, and easy to use but it does not seem to offer anything above and beyond what is already included in Shopify's native cart recovery tool.

Unless you can set up a reminder email for the abandoned shopping cart there is no advantage to using your program over what is built into Shopify. Please request this as a matter of urgency.

i used the app for recovered carts. i think the app is great and easy to use. i am just starting my shopify store and this made it easier

Great app. The team at Kit Karts super responsive and helpful whenever we have needed to reach out to them. We're already seeing an increase in our conversions using Kit Karts. Highly recommend.

Kit Karts, and Kit, and Ping (the suite of products) cracks the code for social media marketing managers who aren't social media experts, by providing a simple "friendly" user interface that handles, or offers to handle, important chores such as following up on abandoned carts (in the case of Kit Kart) or presenting for yes/no decision opportunities to place ads on FB or IG or via email. I think these apps are of good and demonstrable value especially compared to the cost of hiring someone to handle any of this stuff.

Fab app, with Christmas coming, I wanted help to retain customers who abandon carts. Very helpful and was even helped to personalise the recovery email. Excellent service! Very pleased I chose Kit Karts

So far so good! Very simple to set up initially (super simple to configure). I will update again after our trial period. Waiting to see if it makes a difference compared to my (previously used) abandoned cart emails. Support is extremely responsive and very helpful. We can use our logo and brand colors. Nice!

The Kit Karts app was simple to set up and is highly affordable. The messages sent to clients reminding them of their abandoned cart was simple and straight. Although the email doesn't use heavy graphics or colors, It was functional.

I used this app to get more paying customers and sale products but there is no sale ...and I don’t get any report via email ( I had sign for this service)

I love that this app allows you to see what products the customer had in their cart. Also, it gives you the date and time the customer abandoned the cart.

So far this is a great app, I like the fact that it sends out emails to customers automatically, for whatever the need is.

I think t should be nicer template for that, its very simple comparing to other apps. they need to make a better design.

I haven't had any drop cart to check out how it is working. I just had your company check it to see if it was installed correctly.

It does what it is supposed to do. It's main limitation is that abandoned cart emails can only be sent once per day. We ended up removing it on that basis, but it was fun interacting with the app via Kit.
