Kit is awesome, love everything about it has made my life so much easier! you guys rock keep up the great work
I thought it would help better with advertising. The ads don't look any better than what I do and have very bland text. Also not sure what population they are being sent to. Keep getting a message from Kit saying "shirts are up 35%"; that's great but I don't sell shirts. I also am using KitKarts and notice a BIG discrepancy between the number of emails getting sent out to the actual number of customer adding to the cart. One email sent out this morning, Shopify counted 14 cart additions yesterday.....
Hi Rickie, I just wanted to offer a little clarification. Kit Karts will alert you to any customer that has an abandoned cart, this means a customer will have added their email address during the checkout process, but did not complete the purchase. This is the same definition that Shopify uses, so your abandoned cart number on Kit Karts should match the abandoned cart metric on Shopify. When you note the number of customers adding items to their carts but not making it to checkout, you are looking at your "abandoned shopping sessions". An abandoned shopping session is a really important metric for your store, but unfortunately Kit Karts won't have a record of those emails that can be included in the daily send. One last note, although we make a Kit skill (an app that works with Kit) we are different developers so we won't be able to assist you with your marketing or ads with Kit, however you should certainly give that feedback to the Kit team, so they can offer some help or tips and tricks. Please let us know if you would like us to help you make any changes to your Kit Karts templates or add a promo code to the email text and we will be happy to help. Team ShopPad

The app has NOT helped me get customers to buy what they have left in their shopping cart. Not happy with it.
Just installed! I had staff help me get it running which was super nice of them. Hoping to start seeing some results!
I don’t really like the design of the recovery email, they’re basically just text. And the minimum characters for this review is 100, not impress.

It’s been really helpful and I get great advice. I look forward to advertising advice and kit gives me goals. Highly recommend Kit. I get information and get stats on my shop and customers. I have been using it for a week and looking forward to more.
Just installed app 30da. free trial. Will grade app afterwards. So far it's easy to install and works well.

customer service is very helpful. I asked them to write HTML code for me, which was promptly done. Now waiting to recover my lost abandoned karts.
Kit reminds me daily with a text that folks abandoned cart. Our recovery is higher than Shopify average

It feels easy. Just started with it. The set up prices on computer was done easy. We will see how it works with targeting abandoned cart.

I have done some test purchases on my site. Kit karts sent me an email for each item I didn’t purchase without any photo of the product. I think it would be great if it could limit one email per customer with all of the things that were abandoned (including photos) in one email. Otherwise it’s a helpful tool for sure!
never used but they chard me , no support , stay away from this app, try to clam back my money no answer
