Just installed it. Will get right into it ASAP.

Easy to use, great return on investment.

Had a customer call me yesterday - I guess KIT sent an email out to someone that had added an item to there cart and then came back and bought it a from a different computer a few days later. He was worried that he wasn't going to receive his order after receiving the email. I suppose It would be hard to decipher an outdated cart vs a recent purchase from the same customer but I may be deleting it I get another phone call like that. Not because I don't believe in the app - just because I don't want to have to explain to my customers that my emails are automated and it was a mistake. This isn't a negative review, just possibly something for them to build on or work towards. Ryan

Let us know when someone had left our store with merchandise in our cart. Wish that they could recover some more of the carts.

Just started no experience yet

It's nice, but I don't get the proper data on the Total Value Recovered. I have actually recovered shoppers, but Kit Karts does not seem to be able to tie these people as the ones who previously abandoned carts.

Starting my free trial looks good so far

Kit Karts is awesome and very efficient!

We are stoked off this app! The basic recovery cart emails that shopify was providing did absolutely nothing for us. Within using this app just for a week, we saw our cart recovery percent go from 0% all the way to 7.7% success rate. Their customer service is really great too. I highly recommend this app!

works well only just started but happy so far

As an entrepreneur with so less time I don't want to abandon my marketing background in my ceo role. So with Kit I still get the reports I need and I feel I still have a clear view on what marketing actions we do on FB. Superb app
