So nice! Very easy to set up and definitely pays for itself if you're on a lower tier Shopify plan where automated cart recovery isn't included. I'm able to recover abandoned carts in my shop, Babe Basics, with two clicks on my cell phone no matter where I am.

As an entrepreneur with so less time I don't want to abandon my marketing background in my ceo role. So with Kit I still get the reports I need and I feel I still have a clear view on what marketing actions we do on FB. Superb app

Very Pleased with the results, very efficient. Already have recouped lost sales. love the text command feature. Annanda Chaga Mushrooms recommends.

Edited: Kit Karts stopped working. I have emailed twice (prior to todays email) and have only heard back to say they will look into it. At this point, I am disappointed and losing sales. Hopefully we can get it resolved. Works great and I appreciate the reminders! The only improvement would be to allow for a second reminder like a week or so later :)

Simple and easy to use. Connecting potential customers with their abandoned carts is a whole other stream of cash flow once working effectively. Try it out!

Love this app! A great addition to Kit and a breeze to use. As a small business owner anything that simplifies tasks and makes life easier is invaluable. This is a great for value for a wonderful business tool!

UPDATED REVIEW**** This app works as promised, but there are some major flaw that have convinced me to look elsewhere. Firstly, the data being reported on the app seems to be incorrect. I attempted to work with support to correct this issue, but there was no support in verifying data. Secondly, you are unable to incorporate pictures into the abandoned cart, and as a clothing retailer, a huge need for us. Asked update updates in future but none were provided. I am decreasing my rating to a 3 star, as pictures a must have for us. Purchased this app after running the abandoned carts through Shopify with limited success. I found this app through the Kit Virtual Assistant App (along with a ton of other great apps). As a rapidly growing store, we are excited about the outsourcing of such critical money earning apps, and after one glance at the dashboard upon setup, we realized this app was something we wish we had found earlier!
