I have been facing an ongoing issue with the size chart integration on my website, and despite reaching out to Kiwi’s support team numerous times, the problem has yet to be resolved. Each time, I’m told the issue is fixed, only to find out it isn't. As a business owner running a clothing brand, an accurate size chart is critical for my customers, especially since over 50% of them use iOS devices, where the chart doesn't display correctly. This technical glitch has severely affected my conversion rate and sales, costing me thousands in ad spend. Despite countless assurances that the matter has been escalated, it remains unresolved, showing a complete lack of genuine support. My patience is beyond tested, and I cannot recommend Kiwi's services due to their inability to fix this basic yet crucial feature. Proceed with caution if you're relying on them for an essential part of your e-commerce setup.

Great App it''s realy make your work easy and organized. at first a got a problem when display on disktop pc's it took a while by support team to fix this issue. other than that it's a good choice . Tayseer M.

There is something wrong with my website size table. I sent emails twice, from morning to evening, but no one replied. they used to help deal with it quickly. Now I don't know why it's so inefficient.

I used Kiwi Sizing to display size charts on my Shopify store, and while the app functions basically as advertised, their pricing model leaves much to be desired. On principle, I have disabled from my store and will be removing the app. The Ultimate Plan starts at $12.49 USD monthly, which seems reasonable until you delve into the fine print. They charge extra fees based on the number of web orders you receive: $0 extra for less than 100 orders $5 extra for 100–500 orders $20 extra for 500–2,000 orders $60 extra for 2,000–6,000 orders $120 extra for 6,000–10,000 orders $200 extra for 10,000–20,000 orders $350 extra for more than 20,000 orders To put it into perspective, it's like hiring a plumber to fix your pipes, and then being charged not just for the repair, but also an ongoing monthly fee based on how much water you use afterward. It doesn't make sense to pay perpetually—and increasingly—as your usage grows for a service that was set up once. Furthermore, a sizing chart is just one of many factors that contribute to the success of an online store. Even the world's best sizing chart won't boost sales if the site has poor products or a bad user experience. It feels inappropriate for Kiwi Sizing to implement a pricing model that scales with my store's success, almost as if they're taking credit for increased sales that result from a multitude of other efforts. While I appreciate the functionality of Kiwi Sizing, I can't recommend it to other store owners who are mindful of scalable and fair pricing. Unless they reconsider this approach, I'd advise looking for alternative solutions that offer transparent and reasonable pricing without tying costs to your store's performance.

hello, i have reached out to support multiple times to get help only to be asked if the issue is still there. we have been unable to save a single size chart and have made 6 on company times and lost all of them because the save button doesnt work we are a premium customer and will be disputing charges with out company credit card as we have not had services. this app promises alot of things and falls very short and there responses to questions are almost a day apart. if you are running a ecom business and serious this is not the answer and will waste hours of times and short change you. overall this app may have been good but has went downhill very sad to see.
