We've been using Klaviyo for a few years and it's awesome. It's fairly easy to use and for anything that we struggle with, their support is fantastic. We recommend this app for anyone looking for detailed analysis of the behavior of their customers on their mailing list.

I would definitely recommend Klaviyo because of it's ease of use - it's highly intuative. Even a person with no experience in email maketing can go in there and start using it.

Customer support responded quickly over a minor issue I was having and told me exactly how to handle it. Emails are working well and a/b testing is an awesome feature!!

Klaviyo is an exceptional email builder with a many useful tools and features that enable our marketing team to go above and beyond. Even greater than their platform tools is their customer support. Klaviyo's team has been great with giving me instructions, sending me helpful articles, and even outright building custom content. I recommend Klaviyo to any ecommerce business, especially those using Shopify.

I love the flexibility, segments, and features! The flows are super dope and WILL increase your company's email marketing efficiency! Their customer support is INSANE! They also offer training as well to help those of you that may not know much about email marketing! 10/10. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I am new to Klaviyo, and everything has been working great. However, this review is mainly for an issue I had recently that made me cry (Nothing from the Klaviyo side), so I contacted support. This was my first time interacting with their customer support, and it was a great experience. Not only was the issue resolved right away, they went out of their way to help me fix the issue, created the segment that was key in resolving the issue, and held my hands through the process, as I was so overwhelmed with what was happening. I left the chat session smiling again and was grateful to have gotten the help I needed. Thank you so much for that.

Great tool coming from MailChimp ! The integration with shopify is exactly what we were looking for and is super powerful and the functionalities allow us to send the right message to the right customer.

Clean interface and strong knowledgebase; have worked with other eDM solutions and this is my preference by far. I really appreciate the Free Plan being so functional while I build my list in order to grow a budget for a paid plan. Design-centric wise I like how much design clout it provides.
Don't look anywhere else for customer outreach/ email marketing. Yes, it can be expensive depending on the size of your customer list but in most cases it is worth it. The integration with Shopify is very powerful. You can create highly targeted segments using any customer data from order history, to location to Shopify events such as viewed a certain product to target the exact people who want and tailor your campaigns for that audience. Also, they offer integrated SMS support and their drag and drop email editor is top notch.
Great integration with Shopify. Super easy to set up and use. I moved over from MailChimp a few years ago and really happy with it.

Klaviyo is really the best email platform out there I've tried others and I always come back. They're platform is very easy to use and the over all email aesthetic is great
Klaviyo is hands down the best email service for Shopify - the real-time segments that can be built using all sorts of data points are gold for building out automations.
Works brilliantly with Shopify, is designed FOR e-commerce, is very intuitive and the support is amazing and fast (I'm saying that has a very non technical person who has to do all of this stuff on my own for our brand)
Klaviyo's data and integrations are better than all the other big email (ESPs) services by FAR. They're also easy to use which means you don't need a dev to do things and you can create a $20k email campaign in about 30 mins. And their deliverability is great. I've been happy for 3 yrs now. Started with them and wouldn't leave them.
I love the customer support! They are fast, helpful, and easy to understand. I always get the answers I need ASAP. Highly recommend for new email users and seasoned ones!
