If you are serious about email marketing and you own an e-commerce website, do yourself a favour and ditch MailChimp... Go with Klaviyo! Once again, this app is not perfect. Klaviyo has been getting some bad rep with their customer service time of response (but have you ever tried to easily find a contact link in MailChimp?? Nowhere to be found!) This is the kind of application that is worth studying. It's not a "one-click it works" app. Learn it... study it's potential. Email marketing can become one of your main source of recurring income for your e-commerce. Once your flows are running, you get a clear idea of which ones are profitable and which ones need improvement. Their focus on e-commerce is why you need this app. It's not cheap, but it grows with you. So the more it will cost, the more money you will make. Stop comparing the monthly cost with other basic email apps. They don't compare. Once setup this app will pay for itself 20X. The level of segmentation you get with Klaviyo out of the box is where the power is found. They keep coming up with new features too (dynamic coupons!! yeah!). They keep improving the interface. Learn how to use this powerful email app and you'll never look back.

We would certainly recommend Klaviyo to anybody wanting a smart marketing solution for their online business. Klaviyo helps us with our marketing campaigns massively. We can keep track of customer buying habits and preferences. It's also great to be able to analyse the success rate of our newsletters through click activity, and sales conversions. The automated emailing system is straightforward, easy to use, and contains lots of parameters that allow precise customisation of email notifications to particular groups of members.

If you just want to send out the occasional email newsletter, there are less expensive alternatives out there. If you want to send automated emails based on all sorts of scenarios, then this is the app for you. It can be pricy if you have a big email list to import, but the amount of things you can do with this program is endless. Do you want to send an email to all customers who purchased X product after 30 days? It can be done. Abandoned cart emails, waking up dormant customers, it's all there. This is so well integrated with Shopify you can make such powerful decisions about what to send, to who and when - all based on a wealth of customer data sourced from Shopify. Once you start using Klaviyo, the data collection begins for real and you can marry user behavior in email with the shopify data. Hands down, the best email marketing tool in shopify.

Amazing. Easy to use and allows you to setup multiple flows. Basically the whole app is already setup and you just have to plug in your content. Best email automation sequence out there.
