Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Klaviyo is great! Being able to understand my customers and communicate with them based on that has never been easier for me and our business! Truly a gamechanger for us and I'm so thankful we switched over to them a few years ago!

I am Klaviyo's biggest fan! When I started with them in 2019, I had zero contacts. We now have over 1 million emails collected with outstanding segmentation. Our open rates began around 8% and now have soared to nearly 30%. Klaviyo drives 20% of our business's revenue. Further, their customer service is unlike anything I have ever experienced. I've had the same rep since day 1 (Katelyn!) and she knows our business inside and out - every emaill, every flow, and she is always available to help. Having both SMS and email under one house has also been a game changer for us. A++

I've used Klaviyo for the past couple of years and have always appreciated how user friendly it is. While working at DW Home, I've had an even better experience with my Customer Success Manager, Katelyn. She helps my team and I out whenever a problem arises or if we have any questions. I would highly recommend Klaviyo to anyone that owns a small or large business so you can truly measure the success of your emails and how much to invest in your business. Been using Klaviyo for several years, and they've grown so much in that time - many new features have been released to allow for more targeted segmentation, additional channels, etc., allowing us to grow, as well. Their CS team is also always super helpful!

Previously familiar with campaigns, I've used Klaviyo to create multiple automated flows for the store I run and they are a game changer. From sign-up forms to abandoned cart flows, Klaviyo paid for itself within the first day and has lead to making more and more each month through its easy-to-create flows. I'm a big fan.

Klaviyo has made my Returns on Ad Spend sooooooo much better! Plus it's so easy to use. I love the drag and drop functionality.

We've recently migrated our large subscriber list from an another ESP over to Klaviyo to use with Shopify. Klaviyo have been super helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, and the migration has been pretty seamless. Live chat have been a great help advising on best practices and tips to improve our deliverability.

So unbelievably easy to use, and to have email that integrates with my store? A dream. I used to use Mailchimp and I don't know why I waited so long to switch over.

Klaviyo is worth every single cent. I was worried I wouldn't get my money's worth but it is just incredible. The revenue we make just from our flows covers the monthly fee. Fantastic app and I highly recommend it. We are small business and the insight that we get from the Klaviyo team is so valuable.

Super easy to use, and links directly to products in our store. I've only just started with it, but very happy with ease of use so far!

So easy to use and personally, I think it's far superior than constant contact. The tech ability is far greater which will come with a learning curve, but once things start to click, you'll look at your old email service like it's from the 50s. Worth every penny!
