Way too expensive!!! They want to charge over $400 a month for some packages. That's highway robbery in my book. I'm gonna switch back to GetResponse which cost $120 a month with better service and features.

Just started with this yesterday. Seems to be a nice app. Takes a little getting used to at setup. Sent out my first email campaign for this holiday season. Let's see what happens. As I seem to have just over 400 people who I can send emails too, I have sent to about 240 as on the free version I am allowed only 250 emails, I think. Sending to over 250 is chargeable. Definitely worth a try. Will decide how to proceed after I see the results.

Great product, only they seemed to have stopped developing. Product hasn't had any new features lately, customer service is slow, but mainly the price is bothering me. Every extra 500 people in your account costs $25 a month extra... I first need to recoup my Klaviyo costs and then hope I can make some profit of the emails. I would have expected the costs to decrease relatively when getting more subscribers, but it's just linear. Great potential, weak execution.

We would certainly recommend Klaviyo to anybody wanting a smart marketing solution for their online business. Klaviyo helps us with our marketing campaigns massively. We can keep track of customer buying habits and preferences. It's also great to be able to analyse the success rate of our newsletters through click activity, and sales conversions. The automated emailing system is straightforward, easy to use, and contains lots of parameters that allow precise customisation of email notifications to particular groups of members.

If you just want to send out the occasional email newsletter, there are less expensive alternatives out there. If you want to send automated emails based on all sorts of scenarios, then this is the app for you. It can be pricy if you have a big email list to import, but the amount of things you can do with this program is endless. Do you want to send an email to all customers who purchased X product after 30 days? It can be done. Abandoned cart emails, waking up dormant customers, it's all there. Amazing. Easy to use and allows you to setup multiple flows. Basically the whole app is already setup and you just have to plug in your content. Best email automation sequence out there.

I think I use Klaviyo for about 10% of what it can be used for and even at that level of usage, this is a must have. Very powerful and the automation is awesome.

No need for double opt, auto generated coupon if you go plus, the flow setup is a great way of approaching and managing an email list in an orderly, automated fashion. I did it. Preferably and easier than Mailchimp. Setup can be a bit more time consuming but ultimately pays off.

Real good app, love it, easy and amazing results. Update: Nov 2019 - Just upgraded to $25 a month, I just sent my 1st email to 417 people, this app is a must have, if you have members signing up for email marketing then you need to send out amazing looking emails using this app, it's going to pay for it with your 1st sale probably. I love it, super easy to use and fun!!

Very happy with Klaviyo. They make it easy to create beautiful HTML emails. We are still using a free version, but the list is growing pretty fast, so we might have to switch to the paid version pretty soon.
