Nous utilisons Klaviyo depuis plus de 6 ans pour nos campagnes et flows emails. C'est assez intuitif et des améliorations sont régulièrement faites. Facile de connexion avec Shopify.

Christina answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I was confused about updating email flows and I learned that updating a flow that is set to "live" means that my updates were made in real time and will send to designated customers according to each flow. Thanks for the help, Christina!

This app is very powerful with a lot of tools at your disposal, but yet it's still easy to use. Highly recommend this app to anyone!

Danielle M was incredibly helpful and very patient with me as i navigated creating some segments and profile properties for my welcome flow. She was so helpful, continuously sending me examples, and even klaviyo blogs to go through the process, not only this, but she was helping me go through it step by step by providing me with answers, screenshots and double checking what i was doing. Amazing service, i'm so glad i always have help from the klaviyo support team.
